About This Study

A research initiative to improve chronic pelvic pain education in residency and fellowship programs

Why This Research Matters

Chronic pelvic pain is one of the most common conditions encountered in gynecology, yet formal training on its evaluation and management varies widely across residency and fellowship programs.

This study, led by an OBGYN fellowship program, aims to assess the current state of chronic pelvic pain education, gauge familiarity with emerging classification systems like FIGO-IPPS, and identify areas where a dedicated curriculum would be most valuable.

Your responses will help us:

  • Identify gaps in current residency/fellowship training
  • Assess awareness of the FIGO-IPPS classification system
  • Determine demand for a dedicated CPP curriculum
  • Prioritize topics for future educational materials
